Shipping & ReturnsSHIPPING Shipping charges calculated on checkout are based on global zones, with Fedex Ground® shipping used in the continental U.S., and USPS Air Mail for oversees. Zone rates quoted for outside of the U.S., Canada, and Europe are estimated, we will contact you if the charge is likely to be higher than indicated on check out. We also offer Fedex Express® and Fedex International® expedited shipping. All charges are calculated for shipping from New York. If you have any special shipping requests, please choose 'Special Shipping Requests' on checkout and add your instructions to the 'special instructions' box. We will get back to you with a price before adding it to your final invoice. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return Regular Priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original packaging including shoe box and shoe bag. Any worn or repaired merchandise is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Eileen Shields Inc. is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages, but all shipping is certified with a tracking number. Returned items will be processed within 5 days of receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Items on Sale can be returned for webstore credit or exchange only and must be returned within 14 days. Please include your original receipt with your return package.
