SHIPPING

Shipping charges calculated on checkout are based on global zones and the weight and dimensions of your parcel. Shoes sent out from our European stock are sent by parcel post, or airmail for overseas, and certified with a tracking number.

If you have any special shipping requests, including expedited shipping from Euro stock, please choose 'Special Shipping Requests' on the checkout page and add your instructions to the 'special instructions' box. We will get back to you with an estimated price before adding it to your final invoice.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return Regular Priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs. Items must be returned in the original packaging including shoe box and shoe bag. Any worn or repaired merchandise is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Eileen Shields Ltd. is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages, but all shipping is certified with a tracking number.

Returned items will be processed within 5 days of receipt and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Sale items can be returned for webstore credit or exchange only and must be returned within 14 days.

Please include your original receipt with your return package.

Items designated as Final Sale are not returnable.
