Welcome to the EILEEN SHIELDS Online Store, where styles from the collections are available to purchase directly online.

How to find what you are looking for...
Browse by season using the menu on the left, or use the search box at top right to find a particular size or style. We use European sizing, you can use the conversion table below for reference, but please be aware this is a guide only: fitting is an art, rather than a science! You can also search by category, with styles sorted by the following groups: dress, low heel, platform, wedge, boot, sport, flat, ballet, and sandal.

Can't find your style?
If you don't see a particular style listed in our Online Store, it is unfortunately out of stock, but don't despair! First off, if you are shopping in our Euro store, please also check our U.S. Dollar Store here, as style and size availability often varies between the two. You can send us an email to let us know what you are after and we will be happy to dispatch it to you from our U.S. stock.

Likewise, sizes and styles from current collections not available online may be available in one of the many stores worldwide stocking the EILEEN SHIELDS line. Again, drop us an email with your request and we will do our best to match you with a retail store that may have what you are after. You can also find a list of our retail outlets by following the 'Stockists' link in the menu on the left.

So, how does it work?

Select Style...
Click on an item in the list view and you'll be taken to that shoe's product page.

Select Size...
Use the drop down menu on the product page to choose from the sizes available in that style and add your purchase to the shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to check out.

Check Out...
Checking out will require new customers to create a customer profile for shipping. Existing customers will simply need to enter their email address and password. Your information will be stored on a secure server and never made available to a third party.

Complete Purchase...
Once you have logged in, choose your preferred billing and shipping addresses and enter your credit card details, which will be transmitted using industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption technology. Your card will not be charged until a final stock check has been completed. You may also choose to pay by check. Email updates will keep you up to speed on your order as it moves from the received, through processed, through shipped stages.
